This is a a piece of gift art for a friend of mine. It's actually not QUITE done yet. I have plans for the white areas around it, and I also need to re-ink some parts and there are some details that I need to put in with acrylic. I thought she was too cute not to share now, though! Anyhow, this is Lady Pertelote from "The Nun's Priest's Tale" in Canterbury Tales by Chaucer. Obviously Lady Pertelote is a well-dressed veil-and-wimple wearin' hen.
